SETL Sessions™

Deep work on demand.

Pick the apps. Pick how long. SETL Sessions blocks your distractions until the time is up.

What is a focus app blocker?

A focus app blocker blocks distracting apps for a set length of time, so you can do one thing properly.

SETL Sessions brings the same blocking as SETL Sleep into your day. Choose the apps, choose how long, and start.

The block ends by itself when the session is over. If you really need an app sooner, you press and hold to open it. A deliberate choice, not a reflex tap.

Why it matters: attention researcher Gloria Mark found we now hold attention on one screen for around 47 seconds before switching.1 Read what distraction really costs.
